Each pod accommodates up to two adults and two children, with a standard double bed and a bunk bed. Please note that these are the maximum limits, and there's no need to notify us about children when booking. Only the payment for the pod is processed through the booking website. All optional extras are subject to availability and must be paid for during your stay. Please visit our optional extras page to explore additional options that can further enhance your stay with us. The latest you are able to check-in is 18:00, no entry to site is permitted after this time. We cannot accommodate early check-ins.

MINIMUM STAY

There is a two-night minimum requirement on all nights apart from a Thursday, where you will be able to book a one night booking. There is no check-in or check-out on a Saturday.

FISH SPAWNING SEASON

Please note that we do not offer rearrangements or refunds for bookings made during the spawning season. If the fish begin to spawn during your stay, you will be asked to remove your rods from the lake and enjoy the remainder of your visit as a relaxing glamping experience.​

CANCELLATION

All bookings are non-refundable, and we regret that we are unable to offer refunds. However, we can accommodate one free amendment to your booking, provided the request is made at least seven days before your check-in date. If you need to make any changes after the initial amendment, an administration fee will apply for any subsequent changes. Changes cannot be made within seven days of the check-in date.
